Let's get to know each other

Hey, I’m Joselyn — a Myrtle Beach native and the photographer behind The Fort Collective. I’ve been taking photos since 2019, and what started as a creative outlet quickly became a passion for telling honest, meaningful stories. I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2024 with a degree in Film & Television, and officially launched The Fort Collective in fall 2025. My style blends documentary storytelling, candid moments, and editorial posing to create images that feel authentic and timeless.


My faith in Jesus is at the center of my life, and in July 2025 I married my husband, States. Outside of photography, you can usually find me doing CrossFit or enjoying life here in Myrtle Beach — the place I’ve always called home.
